What to know before your appointment

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

A non-refundable deposit is required at booking and is included in the service price. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours).

Need to reschedule? No problem! Please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit.

A valid phone number is required when booking. This is how I will contact you for appointment updates and confirmations.

Please attach clear reference photos of the nail design you want when booking. This helps me prepare your materials in advance.
